Fees once Paid will not be refunded.
The fee Card/ Fee book is to be presented in School Account Office while making payment. If lost Rs.50/- will be charged for a Duplicate one.
School fee is payable in cash/cheque/Draft only.
Tuition Fee will be collected in every alternative month by cash/ cross Cheques/ Draft payable to Holy Angels’ Convent School, Haldwani.
Cheques if bounced under any circumstances will amount to non-payment of fee for which a fine Rs.200/- will be charged.
Receipt and fee card are an important document to be kept safely and produced as when required by the school to reconcile accounts.
School fee is subject to an increase of 10% every year.
Payment Hour: 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on working days only at School account office.
All fees should be deposited by 10th of the month. If the last date happens to be a School holiday, fee must be paid on the preceding working day. From 11th onwards Late Fee Rs.50/- charged per week.
In case of failure to make the payment on time due to unavoidable reasons, you are requested to inform the authorities in writing. Annual charges have to be paid every year in the beginning of the session.
Parents are free to pay the fee for more than one quarter at a time.
Fee of March to be paid in the month of February.
The delay of payment beyond three months renders a pupil liable to be struck off the Rolls.
No deduction will be made for vacation and broken period.
Pupils shall not be allowed to sit for terminal or final examination unless all fee dues are paid to date.
