Rules of Discipline
Discipline is a part of the educational process. Students have to behave in the prescribed manner of rules and regulation framed in the interest of both students and the institution. It is compulsory for all students to attend class on the opening day after each vacation.
  • Every pupil is urged to contribute to the high tone of the school by his manner and department.
  • Pupils are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.
  • Habitual idleness, disobedience, stealing, objectionable moral influence or a week’s inexcusable absence, call for strict disciplinary measure and in some cases dismissal may be the proper solution.
  • Wearing of the school uniform is compulsory on class days and school function. A student who is solvently dressed may be executed from the class room or even sent home.
  • At the first warning bell all must fall in line for the assembly according to classes and at the second bell recite the prayers, sing the National Anthem and walk in silence to the class room. As soon as they are in the class every student should get his/her book ready for the first period.
  • When the last period is over prayer after class will be recited together with the teacher on duty.
  • In the absence of teacher, the monitor assumes responsibility for the order and discipline of the class. The second monitor should report the matter to the office if no teacher arrives within five minutes.
  • No books and Magazines and periodicals may be brought into the school premises without the principal’s sanction. Money should not be lent or borrowed in the school.
  • The school does not accept the responsibility for the loss of books, clothes and so on. Each pupil is responsible for his own things and advised to take care of his belongings. No Valuable articles should be brought to school.
  • All damages to the school property must be paid for, No pupil should scratch or spoil the furniture or draw or write on the walls, sprinkle ink of in any way damage things belonging to the school or others.
  • Every student should carry with him his/her diary daily.
  • Parent & guardians are not permitted to walk into class room or interview the teachers during class hours. They are given an opportunity to meet the teachers on the Parent Teacher Meeting or with the permission by the principal.
  • Student who are absent from classes even for one day must submit a written note their parents to the principal stating the cause of absence. In case of sickness they must produce a medical certificate before they are admitted to the class.
  • Pupils are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during the school hours. Without the express permission of the Principal.
  • The students are not allowed to receive visitors or to make phone calls during class hours unless the matter is very urgent.
